I improved on your design even more today. I used my tap and die set
for the second time ever and threaded the hole for the air valve (no
washers necessary). Unfortunately I was not able to test my intake
tract as my compressor sucks. I am seeing 2.1 and 2.2 bar on my stock
boost gauge with stock chips so I am fairly certain there are no major
leaks. I would still like to check. Dave F. what compressor did you
use and is it available for a test?
