[urq] upper strut modificatons

I've been thinking about this too since I'm in the midst of doing a lot of 
cutting and welding in the engine bay.

You may want to contact Ray of RST Performance Racing...I was talking to him 
a few weeks (months?) ago about the camber plates he's made for his CGT's.
