[urq] Sticking Throttle Valve

My first thought is to check the throttle stop screw on the throttle body.
It comes witha good dollup of blue locktite, but maybe for some reason yours
has vibrated loose and backed out a little bit....?

Or maybe you have some crud buildup inside the throttel body, causing the
plate to stick....?

Not sure what else...

Good luck
