The way I understand it Brandon, your insurance company has to honor that,
it is then up to them to go after the other driver's insurance (if they have
insurance) to get the value of the claim out of them.

quick question - my secretary got in a minor wreck and it got me thinking...
Let's say you have agreed value insurance on your urq, for example, but
somebody with a different insurer hits you (their fault). Is your "agreed
value" out the window?
Just curious - and let's hope it stays that way!
