[urq] transmission and differential mount interchangability

Hi Mike,

I did it the way you describe: I bought 4 front transmission mounts at my FLAPS, they were around 15$ each, and they are correctly sized for the rear subframe-to-diff mounts. The OEM rear mounts were around 75$ here in Canada... My only concern was the "rigidity" of the rubber; the rear OEM must be stronger, because the torsional load is a lot more than up front where there is also 2 big engine mounts to serve that purpose. However, no problem so far, knowing that my engine is still stock. For a high-po engine, I would install the correct mounts.
