[urq] Intermittent no start

I have the same problem with my 88 Ur and that's got a pretty new small
starter to which I've added a lot of heat shielding. I've found a way that
gets me around the problem - it's to 'rock' the key between run and start.
Bit difficult to explain but it seems to pull the solenoid into place after
3-4 cycles and the car starts.
