[urq] back in the market

All-
I'm back in the market for a UrQ.  Looking for something that's in
good mechanical shape but doesn't necessarily have a perfect body.
I'd prefer late 83+ unless the wiring is all sorted.  Price range is
mechanically sound ($6-8k) to -$18000.  Not interested in any
ultra-original collectors cars, reasonable modifications are great and
I'd pay the premium for a 20v or even an MC1.
