[urq] alternator belt questions...

... is your car stock?  Does the belt look like it fits well into the
pulley?  Does the alternator spin freely when the belt is removed?  If the
alternator isn't the problem I'd suspect that the pulleys aren't aligned.

Hey guys, I have an 83 quattro coupe and cannot get the alternator belt to
