[urq] Switched Power

Stereo on is normal, though you should get a door chime when you open
the driver's door (assuming the '83s had that chime feature) just as if
you left the lights on or key in the ignition.  When you say the blower
runs, is that the climate blower, or possibly the injector fan, or rad
fan?  The latter two will afterrun if the motor's hot.  The climate
blower shouldn't, but maybe the wiring was redone due to a meltdown or
dash replacement?  In that case they probably just tapped the wrong
circuit from the fusebox.
