[urq] Spark Arches Around Distributor Causing Missfire?

Not an expert here but I have found "carbon tracking" is the usual  suspect.
Four years on a cap is a long time. Electrical contact cleaner aerosol can  
sometimes eliminate this but only temporarily from my experience.
