[urq] UPG 2008 Planning

I'm with Bob on this.  Though I'm presently sidelined (broke my right  
leg on Sunday), if we plan this far enough in advance, I think we  
could make this a very special GTG.  I'm certainly up for Jackson  
Hole, WY
