[urq] MC-2 vs. WX Flywheel questionBrandon Rogers brogers at terrix.comMon Oct 15 08:52:07 PDT 2007
Todd makes a good point - the WX flywheel is way heavy. I tried to use my WX Flywheel when I did my turbo conversion. The KH and MC use the same flywheel but the WX is different. Lets just say my engine had "LOTS of torque and NO Top-end" I Believe its about 6-degrees difference. Which is far less than one bolt hole rotation. Besides that, you cant rotate the flywheel anyhow as the bolt holes are drilled in such a way that the flywheel goes on only one way. If your putting in an MC-2, use the MC-2 Flywheel. Its about 10lbs lighter anyhow and has a stronger clutch. Hope that helps. Let me know if you need more info. Oh, and I may have a 200 Flywheel if you need one.
