[urq] As the Flywheel Turns ...Todd Phenneger tquattroguy at yahoo.comTue Oct 23 12:52:58 PDT 2007
If Steve ends up using the MC-2 flywheel its already lightened from the Factory. It weighs about 17lbs from memory compared to 26lbs for the Factory MC-1 flywheel. "I could be slightly off on those numbers". When I took my MC-2 in to get it lightened they were only able to lose about 1-lb as it doesn't have that big outer lip anymore. But hey, 1-lb is 1-lb. And I got that removed, the flywheel surfaced for about $70. l8r Todd > From: <DGraber460 at aol.com> > Date: Sun, 21 Oct 2007 09:21:03 EDT > To: <urq at pacbell.net>, <urq at audifans.com> > Subject: Re: [urq] As the Flywheel Turns ... > > If you have the time and resources, I would recommend that you have a > machine shop lighten and re-balance the flywheel.
