Ben,

Hook up your Innovate XD into your narrow band Bung.  Then use the 
narrow band emulator to feed your MegaSquirt.
I'd highly recommend that before proceeding or continuing to run at high 
revs.   Narrow band just isn't accurate enough to know whats really 
going on with fueling.

Also the leak shouldn't effect your WB reading as the exhaust is 
pressurized, but it will likely throw off numbers so I'd get that fixed 
as well.
