[urq] Too much Crankcase ventilation? - More

Looks like what happens when someone uses foreign ASCII character
encoding.  Happens to my external reader all the time, accents, different
characters etc. get translated back into their raw code and turn into a
bunch of jibberish, or question marks in this case.
