[urq] UPG in 2008

I would kind of like to see us converge somewhere a bit off the beaten
path so we have some freedom to gather and mingle and explore the
area, hopefully on somewhat interesting roads, without dealing with
big-city traffic or anything similar.

Keeping in mind "somewhere in the middle" (a line from Sleepless in
Seattle) I'm going to start looking at the map...
