[urq] Shift Linkage adjustment

I have been trying to get the shifting right on my Ur Q that has a transmission from a
5000 turbo quattro.  It either seems to want to go into first and not reverse, or in
reverse and not first/second.  Seems that is would like a wider throw.  The only way I
can get it to hit all the gears is by leaving the stop plate loose.

I had installed new bushings and rod link including main link ball when I did the swap.
It may have developed a little slop, but nothing seriously loose.  I’m wondering if
adjusting the connecting rod (part # 35 on ETKA diagram) either shorter or longer will
help – do I shorten or lengthen it?
