[urq] Main fuel lines replacement

Hi there,

 

While the engine is partially out,  I want to take the opportunity to
replace the 2 main fuel lines. What is a straightforward approach to their
replacement ? Steel pipes bend to shape would be perfect but I wonder about
the flares : are they special ? 

 

OEM lines do exists, but I guess they are $$$ as usual.

 

Another solution would be to cut the old lines 6 inches from the end, and
use some braided EFI rubber lines. This would be very easy, but safety wise
this is not the best thing to do.

 

What are the list wisdom on this ?
