[urq] eBay 83 urq, how much is true, how much is fiction?

Didn't we debate this very car when it was up on ebay in California  
or Nevada a few years ago?  I just detest those flared fenders.  I  
know nothing about this 'option.'

If someone's trying to sell that car, at least put proper-looking  
wheels/offset to sell the thing...
