[urq] eBay 83 urq, how much is true

The '83 on eBay was registered back in 1994.  At that time it lived in
Mammoth Lakes, CA.  It was reported as having a chip and upgraded wastegate
spring, flared fenders and an engine rebuild and new clutch in 1994. The
color was reported as Amazon Blue.
