As the day goes on - emails are flying and forums are buzzing....
...and I might fall asleep at my desk....
 
Some personal highlight of the weekend
 
- Clearly seeing old faces and meeting new ones first and foremost - same
goes for the cars....
 
- Hearing on the way up that 2Bennett brought a special car they _RACED_ to
finish in time to bring to this event.  It was a killer A2-type wide body
car.  Wow - they do nice work.
 
- Arriving at hotel and seeing some cars already there - including one A2
Rally car being off loaded.
 
- Seeing new and familiar cars alike arrive at the hotel
 
- Driving Andrew F to 2Bennett's transporter and seeing Mike Hopton then
John Iroz coming from the opposite direction as they were arriving.  
 
-Getting hot laps at the track on Sunday in the Sport Quattro
 
- Driving the Sport Quattro....200 feet.  Hey it was still driving a Sport
Quattro!  Somebody else around here has a _real_ story to tell about driving
a Sport Quattro.
 
- All the unique cars
 
- Karl Baehre's stories and pictures
 
- The caravans - there aren't many things as cool as driving behind a bunch
of urquattros
 
- surviving the torrential downpours on I-70 we experienced late last night
coming home.
 
Ahh good times we'll be talking about for a long time here in CO.
