[urq] turbo chirping

I would check your bypass valve - try swapping in a known good.  Have you
recently done work?  I once pinched the vacuum line to the bypass valve
while doing work - and got the chirping. Also check the bypass valve
plumbing.  IF those aren't the issue maybe check the WGFV next...

I have a 3B engine in my 84 ur quattro for about 4 years now. It is chipped
without cat.  But just this week I started getting the turbo chirp shifting
up, never before this. I hear this is ruff on the turbo.  But why is it
