Bob Pastore and I labored through this problem.

It turns out that the washers are right and left side

so make sure you order: 

 

857-807-155A Left

857-807-156A Right

 

Bob had two rights, I had two lefts.  Voila, instant solution!

 

These are over $100 apiece.  

 

Great looking, non-functional headlight washers.  Most of the

Euro bumpers I have seen were fortunate not to have the holes in

them (to avoid the extra cost)
