[urq] wastegate and diaphragm update

Guys- Thanks for all the responses.
 
What happend was the nut that holds the diaphragm in was loose, causing the leak.
 
Now, I can make adjustments, I'm getting 12- 15psi, I have 15 in./mg.
 
Also, Dennis's diff lock panel is in place, both diff locks work properly, the LEDs work, but the center diff light is kaput. Is that fixable?
 
Plus, I have my boost and oil pressure gauges mounted vertically on the right side of my dash bezel.
