[urq] 1981 Type 43 WK engine

Just to let the lists know, I saw the car yesterday, it won't be a feasible
project until snow is gone, but I had access to the distributor and it has
indeed 17 teeth. So later this spring, I will grab the 2 engines, to get the
2 cams and the 2 exhaust manifolds. One was functional, in the car, the
other has a blown head gasket.

 

Now, for my urQ, it is no help right now. So back to plan A, find a suitable
WX engine.

 

 

BTW, if someone is interested in the Type 43 body shell, it is indeed in
really good shape, since it was imported from Florida about 5 years ago.
Burgundy mostly peeled, but all trim is there, as well as all lighting. I
will probably buy the car to part it if there is interest. Re-commissioning
it would involve a lot of work, but it is not impossible. In fact, before
the dismantling, I will probably try to resurrect it, just for the fun. And
who knows ?
