[urq] A4 brakes on urq

Brandon:

On my 20v urq (formerly Dave Dawson/Rich Letsinger's), Rich installed a 
Stoptech A4 big brake kit, and would swap back to A4 calipers when he needed 
clearance for winter wheels.
As far as I know, it is a straight bolt on.
