[urq] Bomb (hydraulic Pressure Regulator) Replacement

Can I just unscrew the old pressure regulator directly off its manifold while still in
the car?  Is there any reason I need to go through the trouble to remove the whole
assembly and do a bench repair, or is it really this easy – that is if I can provide
enough force to unscrew it while still in the car.   It would be nice if I can just
unscrew the old one and screw in the new one using new O-ring seal.

Any BTDT or caveats are appreciated.
