I've got no experience with the above, but I've used http://www.justdashes.com/Index.htm It was at least 15 years ago when I used Just Dashes to restore a dash in my Lancia Zagato. The restoration was perfect and was indistinguishable from the original. I don't recall the exact cost, but it was a few hunderd dollars.
