[urq] relay question

 Steve-

 I have no cold start valve actuation. I know the
valve itself works and does not leak through various
tests. I've done a test light,um,test,and it doesn't
flash while cranking, nor do I get a voltage reading
while cranking. So....I wanted to know where the relay
is so I can check that and see if it is shot.
