I couldn't find anything that would hold for much longer than a week or so. 
Eventually I got hold of a piece of 25x0.8mm stainless steel strip, cut off 
some pieces and bent them into a square 'U' so they would slide tightly over 
the tabs. Drilled a hole through them for the mounting screw and haven't had 
a problem since.
