Well, the holidays are over ... maybe we can make some progress on planning
for UPG2008.  So far the leader in the poll for location is Colorado Springs
... but there haven't been many who have contributed to the poll.  I added a
couple new polls today to try to pin down the date.  I was thinking about
something regarding events ... but to do that it would be best to have a
list of possibilities before starting the poll.  

Earlier I suggested that perhaps a subcommittee could put some focused
effort into putting a "straw man" together, but others wondered why we can't
just figure it out as a group ... either way will work I suppose.  How shall
we proceed?

There is a calendar in the urquattro Yahoo group ... I was thinking we could
use that as a way to keep track of what other events are happening
throughout the coming year to see if that might not help us gel on a date
and venue.  DA222 is pretty much ready to go ... and I am too.  My only
worry for myself is that the family is going to start making summer plans
too, and that will limit my availability ... 

BTW, I have included a link to the yahoo group at the bottom of every post
or digest ...
