I recently got this one on ebay - but since the part# don't match I suspect it might not work.  I did fit nicely in a spare urq strut assembly and hub that I have.

this number, 183 498 099A, has been superceded to 431 498 099B. Price is
around 250$ each. 

If you want it, I can arrange something for you, they don't ship, I go
there
often these days...
