[urq] Rear Valance Wheelwell Screws

[Mike Sylvester]

My original rivet nut tool broke.
It may be because it was meant for aluminum rivet nuts and I was using
it on stainless steel.
To replace it I bought a wrench drive rivet nut installation tool from
McMaster-Carr
