I haven't followed up on the ad but I'm sure the horsepower is closer to zero since the ad notes it needs a fuel metering head :-) I wager if it even runs at this point, it's barely well enough to get out of the driveway. I'm more curious where this thing -came- from and how it ended up in...umm...these type of hands...
