Seems normal to me, since 90C ish is where most oil temp thermostats are rated.

I guess it means the oil cooler is working, too.

Just to add a bit more detail, the VDO oil temp gauge has the followingmarkings:
60 | 130 | | | 170
Even after a moderately fast run it doesn't register higher than the markbetween the 60 and the 130. I can't believe the oil runs at such a low temp.
