[urq] Urq25 North America T-shirts

Hey guys

I just noticed that Registration Closes July 1st?   Why's that?  I don't
know about anyone else, but I wont possibly know if I can come until the
middle of July.  

I Know I wont have an ur-q to bring by then.  But what are the events that
an "Un_Registered" ur-q owner could come to?   I was kinda hoping to hop in
my 91' CQ and come out to get motivation to finish one of my urq's.
