[urq] stumbling under boost (electrical short)

I had a similar problem for quite a while.  It turned out to be a  
short in the tach wire.  It started out as stumbling under boost, and  
eventually kept my car from running at all.  A short in the tach wire  
will ground out the coil, causing a miss-fire.  Unplug your tach wire  
(red w/ black & yellow stripe) from the coil and see if it goes away.   
I had to run a new wire & bypass the old one.
