[urq] Trim Removal

Hi Steve,

Yeah, you remove it with the trim as a unit, BTDT.
You start at the upper corner where the angle is larger than 90 degrees.
ALl you have to remember is the 10mm (or 8mm, not 100% sure) nylon nut
holding the trim next to the door, to get to t you need to peel the
roofliner from the B-pillar just below the upper seatbelt mount.

BTW installation is also as an assembly, otherwise it's a real PITA to put
the trim in by itself after the window/seal is in.
