[urq] Didn't know if you all might be familiar with this

the only thing I wonder about is the location.  the ad says Baltimore, which I assume to be THE Baltimore...in MD.  The photo suggests otherwise.  There ain't no palm trees in MD, even at the beach....that I can recall.
