[urq] The revolt is on!Michael Hopton Michael at siliconoptix.comFri May 16 07:24:02 PDT 2008
I would be really cheesed off if I owned a sport and witnessed the way they disposed of the last parts. And I still don't understand Audi's attitude when It comes to safety items like ball joints and tie rods. Even NLA subframe busings, I guess you just park the car and trailer it places for PR work. Given the number of cars in North America versus Germany and the UK, I doubt Audi NA will ever show interest. I am surprised the UK and German Ur-q owners have't been able to get a bit of recognition for the lack of parts. - Mike Hopton -----Original Message----- From: urq-bounces at audifans.com [mailto:urq-bounces at audifans.com] On Behalf Of Martin Pajak Sent: Friday, May 16, 2008 9:47 AM To: Magnus Säll Cc: urq at audifans.com Subject: Re: [urq] The revolt is on! Magnus, Two years back there was a "fire sale" at Audi. Most of the Ur-q and Sport q parts were sold out, some at 70% discount. There is few left, but all the good stuff is long gone. I got on it a bit too late but still managed to get few parts for my collection.. :) The couple I missed were SQ oil pan and SQ dashboard.
