[urq] Craigslist UrQ in Damascus, Oregon

Unfortunately those kinds of projects are worth at most $3500.. given that
nothing is very good on it (interior, exterior, mechanical) and you still
have to figure out what's wrong with it.... and fix it I would say even that
would be a bit high for some.  
The only valuable thing I see on it is the Taxicockpit.
