[urq] wheel bolt allignement tool

Just a thought friends . 

This "tool" is no more then a long M14*1.5 bolt with the head 
cut off and a small hole drilled in the shaft . 

I've made dozens of them for friends and friends of friends . 
They certainly didn't cost 20$ .
