As a reference point, AutohausAZ have a Hall effect sender kit listed at

for US133.22.  I purchased one as a spare some time ago - it includes the 
sender and connector assembly, the interrupter disc and a packet of new 
circlips and screws.

I see on eBay there are some NOS Hall Sender kits for WX motors offered ... 
item # is 190262828341. The price seems a bit steep for my tastes, but for 
those of you working to keep your car ur-iginal it may be just what you 
need. The item indicates that the older cars will need to swap the connector 
on the loom. It looks like the kit includes the interrupter disc .... which 
is probably a good thing. I have a half-way disassembled dizzy in my garage, 
and I was stopped because I couldn't get the old interrupter disc out ...
