[urq] Custom fuel tank for UrQ.

I'm looking for a fuel tank with submersible pump setup that fits in original mounting
position.

Alternatively a good surge tank setup that will fit properly below the car - '83 Ur
Quattro.

Any leads on someone who can make me a tank to spec. to replace the original.  Perhaps
there is someone who has already had one of these done for reasonable cost.
