Since the factory never did it (unlike the Volvo), you would be fabricating or modifying everything: A-pillars B-pillars C-pillars Windshield and rear window All four side windows (w/modified regulators?) Interior trim (and headliner?) etc. Sounds like a big job; would be for me, at least. To make things worse, I also lowered it, like Latino's do with almost every car :-) Have any of you ever saw a real chopped quattro? How difficult would it be to find the correct windshield and side mirrors, or the C-pillar, which would be the most difficult (if not impossible) part I guess. Please take a look at this Photo'chopped' quattro and tell me if you think it's do-able and how hard it will be: http://www.moregraphics.nl/quattro/chopped.html Regards, Maurits 1986 quattro GV (chop chop) _______________________________________________ Audifans urq mailing list Send posts to: mailto:urq at audifans.com Manage your list connection: http://www.audifans.com/mailman/listinfo/urq North American Celebration of the 25th Anniversary for the urquattro: http://www.urq25.com/ Pictures/Polls/Database at: http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/urquattro/ You can help keep the audifans site running by shopping at http://audifans.com/shop/
