[urq] vacuum brake booster conversioncraigcook at rogers.com craigcook at rogers.comMon Apr 6 07:38:54 PDT 2009
Mike, That's what I thought also, however I now think that the rear ports of the master cylinder are for the front brakes. I put the lines for the front brakes coming from the front of the master cylinder, however I think this is wrong. Martin sent me a factory urq file clearly showing that the lines for the front brakes come from the rear of the master cylinder. Maybe someone else can chime in? Cheers, Craig. ________________________________ From: Mike Sylvester <mike at urq20v.com> To: Ben Howell <bhowell at rmi.net>; craigcook at rogers.com; urq list <urq at audifans.com> Sent: Monday, April 6, 2009 10:21:47 AM Subject: RE: [urq] vacuum brake booster conversion Where is a good place to find the metric fittings? Most places that I've seen only sell the English sizes. When using the 4 port MC and the Willwood proportioning valve, I assume that the front brakes are plumbed into the front 2 ports, the rear goes into one rear port and the other rear port is plugged.
