The only thing I can comment with BTDT on are Mance's Mount Savers. I have
had them on my car for a couple years.  No problems whatsoever - but really
it is too early to tell their benefit, IMO.  But I went with the whole setup
- mounts plus saves - which he guarantees for life, IIRC.  Also, IIRC he has
street, track and rally thicknesses for the savers.
