[urq] Brake Pad Wear Warning Light

Brake pad wear warning light blinks as red triangle and beeps every 5
minutes, started in cold weather if there is a connection between weather
and this false alarm. Brake pads have no more than 8,000 km. and driven much
on highway.
Brake pad wear wires are not connected to brake pad wear indicator wires.
