[urq] 0.15A constant drain on the battery

Oh oh, that rings a bell. One of the fuse that I didn’t check is the rear
wiper’
  it is so buried up there, time to dismantle the left dashboard
parcel shelf.

I had a drain that turned out to be the rear wiper which had failed to
complete the wipe and trip the "off" switch in the relay. The wiprer looked
fine (like it was in the detente position), but was really dangerous as it
was getting VERY hot. This went on for months before I solved it.
