Hi again,

Since I have an old computer with an old version of ETka, I found this :

171 253 147G : Golf and Jetta, USA versions, 88-89, for engine code PL (16V,
129 hp) and PF (Digifant, 8V, 107 hp).

The complete path is : GOU or JEU, 88 or 89, section 2, sub 53, drawing
253-40, item 4.


Now, in ETKA 7, they show NLA...

I still have one here, from a set of 6 that I bought in 2006, 16.45$CDN each
at the dealer. 

No, it is not for sale.:-)

Now, ETKA show another number, 893 253 147D as optional with a price in the
same ballpark (8 euros). Could it be a newer version of the VW hanger ?

Anyone knows for sure ?

that is the correct P/N? What model/year VW??
